OK... enough screwing around, let's get serious here. Yes, I am an internet marketer and an affiliate marketer and I have a big problem with the sort of things I see in the industry. I see lots of deceptions, misleading statements and out & out scams in the internet marketing vertical and it really bothers me that some people in my industry are doing that sort of thing just to make a fast buck.
I personally got involved in this business several years ago and I had to drudge through TONS of hype and scams looking for a way to earn a living online. I knew it was possible but I couldn't find my way. It took me several years of stumbling around and I nearly gave up.
Luckily, just before giving up on the whole idea of making money from my computer, I made a breakthrough and my first online money started flowing in. I knew I was on my way and I was more than ready to prosper.... and I have.
But looking back on my journey through all the slimy slick hustlers out there I pledged a few things to myself... I promised myself I would NEVER do anything slimy or "black hat" and secondly I promised I would try to help others learn what I have learned. I have a very strong sense of ETHICS and I think I am living up to them as well as my pledge to help others.
So, if you are considering a career in internet marketing or affiliate marketing I offer you this suggestion (based on my experience)... BE HONORABLE AND ETHICAL IN ALL YOUR INTERNET MARKETING!!! Believe me, you can make great money in this business and still have honor and ethics so don't ever go "black hat" and you'll not only be respected by others but you'll be able to respect yourself.
